Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Extended Warranty
If you purchase through one of our authorized dealer partners, your coverage is automatically extended to 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Defects due to faulty materials or workmanship
- Functional failures under normal usage conditions
What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic wear such as scratches)
- Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience)
How to Claim Warranty Service
1. Locate your proof of purchase — a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
2. Determine your warranty period:
- Purchased via authorized dealer → 24-month coverage
- Otherwise → 12-month standard coverage
3. Contact our support team via the Customer Support page or email with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Your proof of purchase
- Product serial number (if available)
- Photos or video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)
4. Our support team will evaluate your claim and guide you through any necessary steps—repair, replacement, or refund.
Additional Terms
- Warranty service is free of charge within the applicable period, subject to eligibility.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts or products at our discretion.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- A product repaired or replaced under warranty continues to be covered only for the original warranty period, not extended by the repair or replacement.
