2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD, and GLS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Non-EU countries in Europe: 5–10 business days

  • For non-EU destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to non-EU countries: Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
